Very bad customer service. None of the numbers answer, they only respond via WhatsApp, they send general information but they do not resolve any questions, they do not give instructions, that generates distrust. They also give 0 professional answers......

I started the Oil Painting course being a total neophyte, without ever having used a brush or a palette, and although at the beginning it was a little frustrating due to my lack of skill, the truth is that after the third class with Professor Jorge Jurado I began to enjoy the learning process and little by little I saw results that motivated me to continue forward.
The academy has very well-kept facilities, the administrative staff is quite friendly and from what I experienced with Professor Jurado, the academic team is very professional.
In conclusion, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The truth is that since the beginning of the year I have been trying to talk to someone by phone, every time I ask about a workshop they send me a lot of information and when I ask a question they do not respond further or they respond without clearly resolving it. That is why I have insisted on calling and it is impossible to contact anyone. What a shame because the programs look good but apparently they are not administratively good and a lot of information is lost. It is incredible that I write to the person to please give me an hour to call and it is also not possible.
